Ingefær kjeks/Ginger cookies
Ca 80 kjeks.
250 gr hvetemel/flour
2 tsp ingefær/ginger
2 tsp kanel /cinnamon
0.5 tsp nellik/ cloves
0.5 tsp natron/ baking soda
100 gr margarin/margarine
3 dl farin/sugar
10 gr gjær/yeast
1 ss/tabl fløte/melk/ milk
1 egg/ eggs

Smuldre smøret i melet og bland inn resten av ingrediensene.
Trilles i kuler (de flyter utover) og stekes ved 175 grader i ca 10 min. Oppbevares i tett boks.
